Design and Construction

S.I.B. has a strong background in design and construction of large warehousing facilities, both dry storage and cold storage, restaurants, retail stores, industrial facility, also in new custom homes and remodeling projects.

S.I.B. was founded in 2005; Raul Martinez P.E. is the owner, President & qualifying party of S.I.B. Raul’s commitment to customer service, quality and providing value are the foundation of our business. Raul’s education and Civil Engineering degree allows us to offer our clients expertise in all facets of the design & construction process, with attention to detail and practical solutions to today’s challenges.

Design and build are all about working efficiencies created within the design phase.

Pre-construction planning

We seek to get involved early in the design phase so that we can manage the project more efficiently.

Post-construction

A project isn’t complete when the construction phase is done. We can offer additional services to help if required.
